The Balnéa thermal spa complex now features an Olympic pool with an indoor pool filled with naturally warm thermal spring water. Do a few lengths or join an aquagym class while your children have swimming lessons with a state qualified swimming instructor.

Younger children will love the fun water circuit with inflatables, helping them to learn to swim whilst having fun. The circuit was designed to introduce children to water, allowing them to progress at their own pace, in a stress-free, fun environment.

Initially meant for racing in the water, dragon boats are dugout canoes that are about 12 metres long, seating 20 rowers.

But it was time to wake the beast up from hibernation…. With the Snow Dragon Boat, the dragons can slide over the snow! 8 team members push the boat forwards by planting their poles in the snow, to cross the finish line before their opponents.
Sign up as a family or come and watch the teams go head-to-head during the Snow Dragon Boat Festival 2024 on 20 January in Le Grand Bornand.
