Aussois lies on a sunny slope, in the magnificent setting of the Haute-Maurienne, on the edge of the Vanoise National Park.Within reach of marmots and ibex, this is the time to use your hiking boots on the trails, via ferrata, giant Tyrolean traverses, climbing routes…or to venture inside the walls of the Eseillon forts.

Val d’Allos-le Seignus features alpine summits in the mild Haute-Provence region.In the heart of the Mercantour, the glacier-formed lac d’Allos - the gem of the municipality - claims to be the largest natural high-altitude lake, at 2 228 metres over 54 hectares and a depth of 48 metres.   For children, the resort offers pushchair rentals.
