In the mountains, one is never bored.  After a great day out on the slopes, the excitement continues.  Nightclubs, bars, concerts, and festivals of all kinds - one can party and dance till dawn.  Because the mountains are the perfect place to party!

Some resorts are internationally renowned for their jet-set style nightlife, particularly Courchevel, Megève and Val d'Isère, but also Tignes, Val Thorens, and La Plagne.  In these party capitals, crowds pour onto the dance floors, and renowned DJs such as David Guetta make frequent appearances in nightclubs and festivals.  In all the resorts, nightclubs and bars fill every night, drawing in crowds with their festive, relaxed atmosphere and diverse rhythms; from tropical to rock to electronic to lounge.

But in the mountains, one is not limited to these “classic“ party spots.  Music festivals, shows, concerts...you will be spoiled for choice!  Jazz Festivals in Villard-de-Lans, Besse-Super-Besse and Flaine, which also hosts a 1980’s festival; Reggae in Chamonix, Rock the Pistes in Morzine and Avoriaz, Saint Patrick’s Day Party at Montgenèvre, Festival des Pistes Electroniques at Isola 2000, Sheryfa Luna concerts at Orres and Christophe Maé at Châtel... the list of festivities in resorts is never ending!  And the parties aren’t just for night birds–even during the day, the slopes pulse with rhythm. “La Folie Douce” in  Val d'Isère and Val Thorens and Pano Bar at Deux-Alpes turn up the sound in open-air dancefloors from 1:30 p.m!

Concerts, DJs, fun and fresh air–an explosive cocktail that makes these trendy destinations the meeting places for skiers seeking good vibrations.  To put it simply, winter is festive in the mountains! So don’t hesitate to consult our agenda for a complete listing of dates, themes, and events. The resorts are ready, and the atmosphere is incredible!
